Hey I watched your video on the hospital thing the other day and I really can't see any circumstance in which you would get sued, arrested or in any sort of trouble. All you did was share your experience, people do it all the time. Don't stress about it, you sound like you have enough on your plate.

why didn't you go on the cruise to italy with your mum?
Iain mum paid to go on most of the cruises except February 2018 and February 2019 on her own she did not want to take me and my brother on all the other cruises out next one together is August 2020. I don't have the money to pay to have gone with her on any cruises

I think you're supposed to spend (at least) 3 hours a day online looking for work. Imagine if everybody on U.C. descended on their local Job Centre everyday in an attempt to fulfill that obligation!
Its dependent on your situation, if the UC medical assessment finds you limited for work you can do it once a week
