No offence intended, but the question at 10:29, is one of the examples of how we don't get anything meaningful done. Instead of understanding the implementations of future power solutions, we instead get questions about political ideologies of "diversity quotas" and no real interest in his actual plans and ideas. These people are killing progress. Imagine a planet saving project getting struck down before it takes of, because the company didn't reach a imaginary number of people with the correct colour etc... It's insultingly bad politics. And yet we do this.

I'm certainly no expert on nuclear energy, but from what I've seen it seems to hold the most promise for the future. The technology is there and has been for quite some time. Small modular reactors, thorium, molten salt and the rest seem safe and efficient and reliable. It just needs more support and funding. Some area of the planet, wind and solar are not a good option. I would think anyone really interested in slowing climate change would be interested in all options. People need to stop thinking of mushroom clouds and meltdowns. Hope your efforts to bring power to the area goes well.

For my company, the Founder and CEO roles are intertwined. I have a big vision and a strategic direction that I want the company to go. Those things are being outlined in the business plan. Both roles are currently comprised of dual responsibilities. Its important that I keep both until it's time to pass it off. Until then, I plan to bring on board a COO, CFO and CIO. I definitely think having a board is important and as the company scale and grow, I'm thinking about expanding my role throughout other entities of the company and hiring Presidents for each entity.
