Hello!! I loved your work, could you tell me which is the first tool you use in your Dremel? with which you give the form (the one that appears in the 1:04 of your video) or what number is it? I would greatly appreciate it
Hi:) I love your work! I tried to work with cow bones and i have a few questions and i was wondering if you can help me: After a few days.... the bone i worked on turned Yellow??? Also, i noticed a few weeks after that the bone cracked. Do you have any idea why it happens? I would be so thankfull if you can answer me by mail to the following adress: Marky@haaretz.co.il
Bone has micro cracks that shrink or expand depending on relative humidity and is naturally very porous so it’s prone to cracking. Keep a cup of water or houseplant near the bone or ivory and the cracks won’t expand. It turns yellow in the sunlight if you don’t buff 4 coats of white rouge on the ivory or bone. Apply renaissance wax after the polish. also, super glue the cracks before the first coat of polish after sanding.
Nice job keep it up
Bruh, you really should be wearing a mask, bone dust is very dangerous to your health, been doing this for 30 years!
