Welcome to Rough Cut Collective!

Est. 2017, RCC is the short film organization at Ohio University where students of any major can come together and focus on developing their creative ability as filmmakers. It is an entirely student-led experience, and a safe space to learn every part of the filmmaking process. With the use of state of the art equipment, student resources, and professional techniques; we write, shoot, and edit all of our own original narrative short films.

On this channel you will find years worth of our short films along with several other smaller projects, including our behind the scenes and 48-hour shootout competitions. We take pride in our diversity of films and ability to bring young filmmakers’ visions to life.
