Girllll, pretty much same experience with irregular cycles around time after and before next shot. I was also about 127 and got up to 185 after being on and off for too many years. Only did it for weight gain. Off for about 3yrs now, feel so much better and my hair has been growing back. I want to get back just to help gain weight back. I’ve been on Depo since May 2018 so 5 years too and I’ve noticed the same with weight, I was under weight for the first 2yrs (shot made me sick nauseous) then 2020 hit and I started gaining went from 100-170 now in 2023. I’ve been wanting to get off the shot cuz I’ve been feeling the bone thing too where my bones hurt so much. I had hair loss and random spotting but it did take away my period like right away which is the only reason I’ve been on it so long. I know getting off this shit is gunna be hell not looking forward to that 😞 Hope your journey gets better and we find doctors that tell us the truth.
