I have been looking for once of these for well over 10 years now. I have the box fan version (and have seen quite a few others) but I have not been able to even find a picture of one of these until recently. One of the Shop Rites I used to go to when I was about 8 used to have 2 of these on top of vending machines blowing down towards the registers and the entrance. I remember they still had a couple for sale, although this was around 2006 and 2007 so I'm not sure if they were old stock or what. It was a small store that didn't have a lot of turnover so I guess it's possible they were just old stock. I have not seen one anywhere (including a photo) since. This is definitely something I'd love to find one day, brings me back to much simpler times. I'm not sure if these used the same motor, but if I remember correctly, my Weatherworks box fan (and the other two I had) have oil ports on the motor. I think it's a black motor that is actually a pretty substantial size. I don't usually say this, but if you ever want to sell it I will buy it.

Any idea how to open it for cleaning? I opened the 10 screws , 2 on the side for inflow/ outflow control but it won’t come out. Something stuck or maybe I m missing something!

Those lamps are also pretty easy to modify to LED. I've done three of them before without any trouble.

I thought this washer is supposed to have a neutral drain before the spin. Instead it did a drain-spin like the NORGE WASHERS.

@Windmere I used to have the same exact Honeywell Pedestal Fan thats similar but I had the HS-310 Model which it had the remote control oscillation and the mesh grill.

I have the same one. I bought it with my paper route money on the mid 90s. It still works great

Windmere 1993 I grew up in the 2000s and the Honeywell hs-300 was also a child hood fan I used to have a duracraft pedestal fan with a cross and it was black and I also had a Honeywell fan that was similar to hs300 but I had the hs310 my had the mesh grill. The duracraft fan that is in this video I seen the same model at one of my old schools and there were two one of them said Honeywell on the badge and the other said duracraft on it. I also saw a Holmes hasf green 5 bladed model at one of my old schools those are also child hood fan and I use to own one. You know what's also a child hood fan growing up is the early 2000s Lakewood box fans the cool breeze desk fan the first generation of the lasko 1825 18 inch pedestal fan The 2006 air king 9018 18 inch wall mount fan the 2006 air king 9119 18 inch pedestal fan. I really love those vintage 2000s era lasko air king 18 inch fans because The bulky 5 blade designed.

My favorite Holmes fans are hasf models and the airwave and the 2 cool pedestal fans because the plastic grills and how the way the plastic grills screw on is very similar to a lasko fan they reminded me of a lasko fan. My favorite fan brand is lasko, air king, galaxy, Holmes, Bionaire, Lakewood, Honeywell and duracraft.

I love the duracraft fan because it has the mesh grill I love the Holmes fan because it has five blades. I love five bladed pedestal fans and mesh grill pedestal fans my favorite five bladed pedestal fans are the lasko, Air king, Holmes and Bionaire my favorite mesh grill pedestal fans are the Lakewood, Honeywell and duracraft.

WeatherWorks was my forgotten childhood fan AKA CoolPro from 2010 until it's motor seized up and died in 2011.

They actually figured out low speed spin for delicate which is kind of hard to do in these older washers.

Yes, until sometime in 1996, these lamps were available in 500 watt versions. Then Underwriters Laboratories pulled the UL listing off them and limited the wattage to 300. Around that time they began requiring the wireguard over the bulb, to reduce the risk of curtains and similar materials from being ignited. Although they were extremely popular throughout the 1990s in part due to their reasonable cost, bright diffused light and adjustable levels of light as many models had a full range dimmer or high/low settings, the growing number of fires and high energy consumption led to their rapid decline by the early to mid 2000s, and today are practically nonexistent, although from time to time you see them at thrift stores and garage sales.

How can I fix the timer of this machine???

The mesh guard goes all over the place when you try to move it up and down.

I picked up a Kool Operator Junior at a thrift store a few weeks ago and it has the red & blue badge on the front so that means it's the older model I think. I haven't tried it out yet since it's not fan season yet and there's very little dust on it. I hope that it works when the season does start - I hear they're very good fans. I have no experience cleaning dust or dirt off of fan blades or motors but I may try to do it before I start running the Kool Operator Jr.

I like these lamps, I have 3 of them. I still use them all the time, great and bright but a nice soft uplight. The dimmer is nice. You can still find new dimmer switches for them as well. It is yet another great product that is considered dangerous because people are dumb. If you use them correctly, they are perfectly safe.
