We vulcanize our molds in non standard ways... With a homemade can in the kitchen oven, or a purchased can on a griddle made for cooking bacon. We get asked about this a lot, so here is a video covering the two mold cans we use.

The folks at Kudo3d shot some video of me taking some of their 3d prints from start to finish, printed resin to pewter casts, for their promo video, then did an edit of just me. Full 1080 version. The naked razor blades always freak everyone out. I have been cutting molds this way for 12 years and have only cut myself once years and years ago. But that wasn't my fault. I get asked all the time exactly how are miniatures made anyway? Here's the basics on how its done. I also get asked what my equipment looks like since its home built. I'll give you a little tour.
