An by the way I can make my comment, because I was on a poms team and we had technique and not just choreography in our routines and we were great too!!!

Where is the technique? Turns, leaps, jumps, anything..... Great coordination and strength but that's not everything

@varsitypomlife Well, High Kick is different than pom, and I'm sure it was wonderful. However, my comment is on their POM routine, not their kick routine. And I can see that it is VERY different.

The music didn't really go with the dance...

It is a shame that these girls' amazing talent is being wasted on choreography and horrid music choices like this. These girls wouldn't stand a chance in UDA Nationals with a dance like this. They have talent. They made the dance look good, but they could go from good to unbelieveable with just a few changes.

ok whoever said this routined suched obviously doesn't know poms. Just b/c its a bad song doesn't make it a bad routine. There formations were on and every move was hit and hit perfectly.

weird music choice, kicks deff could've been better, you guys need more technique, and don't bend the top of your body on your russians/toe-touches.

i really liked this routine. i loved the song. theyre moving away from the standard "poms" song. and i thought that it worked really well. the only thing is that i i think they should have been a little more precise, not stiff, but really hit their arms. other then that i thought it was an amazing routine, great dancing, good song choice.

Wow. I love how perfect every single formation is. You can really tell how much time was spent practicing and perfecting this routine. Awesome job!

Wow. Incredible choreography. And the execution is pretty much flawless. And even though I'm usually not a big fan of using this type of music in competition routines...your choreography and style matches the song so well that it doesn't even matter. This is an awesome routine, performed extremely well and nobody can argue with that!

ummmmmm duh. it's not suppose to be super dancy and it's suppose to be strict. it's pom.

it's really clean, and definitely unique. but the skipping to formations, and a lot of the other movements, don't exactly match the horrid song. i do like this routine SO MUCH better than their 2007/2008 routines... its much less creepy, i guess, and more enjoyable to watch!

your formations are varied and flawless, and the sheer number of ways they're each split up in the routine is mind blowing.

this was so awesome... loved the movements... the music was a bit hard for me... but you girlz rocked it... gj

yes it is garden city michigan and if they suck so bad why did they take state champs 3 or 4 years in a row COUGAR POWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ya i went to garden City the last three years, and these girls work their asses off. 4 hours a day.. every day... its crazy.. congrats girlss

...only pom coach lonely one and asian barbie know what they are talking about.I compete against them and they are the definition of what poms is.The music choice is "bad" because heavy downbeats and music cues is what poms is based off. It is most definitely not supposed to be preppy and bouncy. that's for cheerleaders. they are amazing and it is terribly difficult to be that sharp for that long and do some of the wow moves they do. Learn something before you criticize & see it in person.

i think all the crawling and carrying people and clapping while moving to formations is a little much... the song scares me and there's no technical elements (pirouettes, toe touches, leaps...) in it at all. maybe i'm just used to a little more intense/different style of pom.
