We have a weak mentality and it comes from the top downwards in any organisation. The board are weak because they won't sack the tactical genius Evatt. Evatt is weak because he can only play one way. He's no idea how to change it. We should've recruited a target man in the summer but instead we use Victor who's number came up on subs and everyone cheered. We can't win headers upfront or at the back. We don't try and break on teams after Baxter has come for a cross and runs out to the edge of his area. We let us reset and the other team too. The football is stale and the fans have had enough. We need a new man in before the transfer window or our season is finished already.
