Build strength and tone your lower body with this intense workout! Perfect for targeting glutes, hamstrings, quads, and inner thighs.
Workout List:
• Hip Adductors
• Cable Back Kicks
• Bulgarian Split Squats
• Hip Thrusts (3x10 for heavier weight)
• Back Squats + Lunges Combo
• Wide-Stance Back Squats
• Goblet Squats
• Romanian Deadlifts (RDLs)
• Free Squats
• Double Dumbbell RDLs
4 sets of 15 reps for each exercise. Focus on form, control, and muscle engagement for maximum results. Let’s grow those glutes and strengthen the lower body!
