this one basically only utilizes your back to pull while negating the usage of arms to pull, therefore allowing for maximum back stimulus. use lifting straps to get an even better effect

Hi Stuart, the "humble row" is just the name of the exercise given by others in the industry, it is essentially just a chest supported dumbbell row!
