Kings of War Vanguard on the other hand is an awesome game.

Your rating for this game was quite high - 6 is an average game, but this one is simply poorly designed. Main flaws: - player imbalance - when playing with 2 players it is too loose, but when playing with 4 it is simply too tight (same number of cities) - completely unbalanced traveler powers, such as Zorthack (acolyte action can be performed without an acolyte) or Narosh (significantly reduces the amount of money to spend). - rewards (cards) that give such irrelevant rewards that you always choose the one that gives you the first player token - the selling price of the Iwakura stone is simply not worth the effort (did anyone even do the math?) Minor issues: - the game starts with some restrictions (3 actions, high shortcut cost at worm level 1) that I consider to be false achievements to hide the overall simplicity of the game - each player will end up with the same 4 companions, so the only player decision is the order in which they take them - an unused oasis - why do we even have them on the board? - too long for what it offers Finally, as you noted in your review, the game is just boring. The BGG rating should be 2, meaning "Absolutely annoying game, will never play it again", especially with 4 players. With 2, without travelers... well, 3, maybe even 4.

Do Steel Rift!

Blood Bowl is a fun one for me. The game itself is like a game of chess. But there is just so much extra fat that could fairly easily be trimmed. It should be a game where a match took an hour max. I love the setting and figures, but for a sports game is slooow.

I played it and yes, it's true that it has some very good things, but ultimately the mechanics and its decks with the turn limitation make the way of playing extremely repetitive and it doesn't allow you to use different strategies, if you use the powerful cards at the beginning, it's certain that you won't get there on time because you run out of cards. So it becomes very monotonous, its sad for me

Because you asked: Twilight Imperium 4th edition is leaps and bounds better than 3rd. They improved a lot of the in game systems like tech and imperial, and the expansion is a huge add of a lot of exciting content. Even the fan base has come up with a fan-made expansion that is really well done. If not for the cost and time requirements, I’d recommend this to everyone

Infinity and Spectre/Asymmetric Warfare are my favorite Skirmish games, also I love how Infinity’s Jeanne is just a Saber face, even more so than Fate’s own Jeanne lol (who may be where her braid in some of the art comes from).

Love the Video! Great terrain and miniatures. Will send it some friends to reignite their interest in Infinity. I am a little bit torn about the use of AI- The results are amazing, but I am not sure if you are allowed to feed the Ai with Infinity artwork if you are not its intellectual owner. Apart from that I want an anime show now - the snippets look like a fun and entertaining show to watch.

Love arcs, I don’t like randomness most of the time but the game is so tactical I love it. The design kind of amazes me. Also it being easy to table is a huge benefit.
