There were actually quite a few kids on that sailing. I feel like a few were home schooled and had schedules. There was an “older group” (like 12-14) that just sat in the elevators and rode them up and down. They were sweet and not bothersome. I thought it was sweet how they all bonded after 15 days together. As long as they’re okay making friends or enjoy playing and creating by themselves it’s great. They can learn so much with so many activities on board/places they’re visiting: I will say the disappointment of not getting off at ports may bum them out (if it happens.) I heard a lot of the kids saying this when we didn’t get off 3 port days back to back basically. You know your kids the best and if they can handle it 🥰 I would bring mine if I had them, bring along games and crafts, and show them the beauty outside!

I really brought multiple pairs of shorts like I needed them 😂 I even wore pants in the gym!

Yes! We were so happy that walking down the beach an extra 10 minutes brought us here. So glad we ended up there! I did a 14 day cruise to Greenland and the late night menu was even worse 😂 I was just grabbing Guy’s and stashing it in my room for late night on that one🤣

I’m know the August sailing made it to Nanortalik, however, Qaqortoq was canceled because the tinder boats couldn’t operate. I’m 75% sure the September from what I saw on the crew photographer’s Instagram stories 😅

Not at all- less than 5 minute walk on a beautiful, well manicured path. You will wait in line for about 10 minutes for the chair lift.

@@ANervousTrek YES. I'll be waiting. I would be livid too if I spent mpney on a cruise that never ended up in the port promised. I know weather and all, but damn. Why have a cruise at all?

Gosh- with the weather we had in Corner Brook I was genuinely nervous watching people that needed assistance trying to get on/off the tender. The boat was rocking so much I was even grabbing people’s hands to get on and off.

It was a 3 course lunch for $39 per person and cocktails were $20 each. With tip we were at about $220 at the end including tip but we each got multiple cocktails.

It was so good- price wasn’t that terrible either!

We loved it!
