I was informed that my application did not even go under review and was placed directly in the unsuccessful category. I am eager to understand the reasons behind this outcome and would greatly appreciate your feedback. I have made every effort to avoid the mistakes outlined on the scholarship website and have diligently ensured that I meet all the specified requirements. I don’t know what happened.

i wish to get answers for some necessary questions please shall i use my personal statement and study objectives i wrote before in fulbright scholarship or it will fall with palgarism issue ? and as i got my PHD degree from local university ... is this matter effect the chance of getting chevenning scholarship master degree as i dont deserve master degree and some others are in need for it or it doesnt matter or it will strength my chance ??? also what about recommendation letter ... Must be from two teachers and professors , or may it be from work supervisor or director or someone upper in job hierarchy or achievement relation ???
