      Hey, I think there might have been a misunderstanding. What you're seeing as jeans is actually track pants, which are great for flexibility and comfort. I train barefoot because it helps improve stability and balance, especially during compound movements. Without shoes, I can get a better feel for the ground, which really helps during my exercises.
