What type of plastic pellets do you use? Do you have a variety? LDPE is very different than PVC, which also very different from CPVC and other common/cheaper polymers. Each type affects how the corn hole bag handles. There are additives that mimic corn dust well, do you use those? What are the densities of the pellets you use? This affects volume slightly. Do you use hygroscopic blends? Some plastic will absorb moisture from the air, of course, causing mildew and affecting weight. What type of plastic pellets are you using?

Nice informative video. Good job. Question... Why not just buy a laminated wrap instead? You don't have to add any polyurethane, poly acrylic, etc...surface has UV protection on a laminate wrap.

I just air dry mine,all natural,shake them gently to remove excess moisture.

I'm curious if anyone can comment on whether the final coat should be slightly scuffed or not? Is there a way to control the slip of the bags on the surface? Say, you want the bags to slide more or less, can you do something to control that?

Why couldn't you just make a normal video

First his foot is over the line. Second the chucks it like a damn Frisbee. Third the bag is practically in the hole. Last, that doesn't look even 25 feet, let alone 27ft. Took them 7 steps to reach the end of the other board.

After this video I haven't missed the hole in over 2 years. Think it's time to hit the tournaments.

Is oil base better than water base ? Also with the amber from oil base is it better to use WB on white colors to avoid yellowing to the white

Invest in some sand paper and actually use it. Very disappointed in our boards we recieved yesterday. Also the boards aren't as slick as a Dirty Bags boards and other top of the line boards. We will be buying from another company next time. Work on your QC. I've got to poly and sand our boards to make them the quality of boards we expected to get.

Got my boards yesterday. Man you guys need a new qc person or whatever. Do yall even try to sand the holes. Geez come on guys. You claim to have some great boards but you could at least invest in some sanding. Will not buy from again.
