THE LOST COUNTRY MUSIC RECORDINGS
มุมมอง 1255 หลายเดือนก่อน
This is a lost recording of, dare I say, a "primitive" country singer/songwriter. I have no idea who it is or was and can only assume they have passed away by now. I would love to know who this was.

The comments on here show that some if not most are nothing but criticism, i tell you what why don't ch'all go pound sand, nothing but arm chair critics, much love❤.
Doesn't exist. It's the 21st century - you'd think someone would have caught one by now but, hey its a money making industry so keep churning out the docs.
Fascinating (though a bit sad & heartbreaking, if course). A shame Devo didn't have him appear in their video for the song "Whip It". His life certainly had it's highs & lows. Married 10 times ? Heavens to Murgatroyd ! I'm surprised there wasn't a revolving door named after him at the Los Angeles County Marriage Bureau ! I hope he was able to get a few more roles after this interview so he could get his SAG pension. Poor fellow. 😞
I wonder if that isn't a burial site?
It's a great concept and some of the scenes were done really well but some of it also felt like you were watching a video game.
I'm sure it does as it was made with a gaming-type-engine 😉

@SmallWonderStudio Checkout the Graham Hudspeth channel. I'll be posting other things from the Avian archive
Nice
This was a wast of time, what was the point? You showed what has been showed for years
Wtf is this . Too much idle time
No bigfoot in that area to dry
Your not right, you don't know nothing about them
...and I suppose you do?
Take a walk in the woods people these are eveywhere and there natural
Must of got tired of braiding his hair and went to braid the woods 👎👎
Why are you hammering away on that tree 🌳 like that!??? YOU HAVE NO IDEA THE MESSAGE YOU ARE CONVEYING!!! You could be saying “I will meet you and your clan for battle at 2:30pm quarter of a mile to the east on Friday”, or “I plan to kidnap your daughter but there won’t be a wedding!”. It’s futile and dangerous to go knocking on trees WHEN YOU DO NOT SPEAK THE LANGUAGE! 🤦🏻♀️
For years I have braided tree limbs. Making unusual loops or straight braids. I have my reasons. Wonder what their reasons are
No worries. Its just my ex. She's a hell of a creature.
It would be interesting to see what it all looks like when there are leaves on the trees.
Not true
No offense am not making any kind of joke or anything but could someone tell me please what does anyone plan to do if these Bigfoot are real what is the plan if someone runs up or startles one of these things GOD BLESS
Honest answer.....that's the million dollar question. What to do. Many different groups have ideals and agenda's. What will be the Governments stance? Which varies from the military to the Dept. of the Interior. The Corporate...(ie the oil & gas, timber, and mining companies) response? Then you have colleges, universities, zoological societies through to PETA. Lastly the private citizen response. All competing ideals & agenda's. So you see my friend all good questions you raise butt, the answer is very complex.
In my honest opinion I believe that the federal government is deliberately concealing Bigfoot. They refuse to allow this to be exposed to the public.
I think that Sabe have watched Native American people build Teepees and Round Houses. They emulate what they've seen, I have that from a very reliable source. Two Native Americans that I had the privilege to serve with. They have helped me through the years trying to decide for what I saw in 1977. Thanks
Absolutely spot on! Bravo 👏! 👏👏👏❤️🦋🙏
Sa'be? Are you Ojibwa first nation or just another follower of Steve's.
@@AranRinzei Just a follower of Steve's, trying to understand my experience. Why do you ask?
Most people call them Sasquatch. I find it somewhat concerning that so many followers of Steve now call them Sa'be. They believe almost everything he says and worship him like a charismatic cult leader.
@@AranRinzei Sir I called them that since 1978, I do get what you are saying. I have seen enough of all the Sasquatch channels and creators. Don't follow anyone anymore, life got to strange and the haters are abundant. Thanks
Very interesting! Even in Sweden 🇸🇪 are some sightings of Sasquatch. Look on TH-cam for „Discovering for the Swedish Bigfoot 1-3“. Very interesting stories.
I call it tree art. And i think when they get bored this is what they do.
Nice video please keep us updated on what’s happening in that area. Stay safe all the best from Scotland 👣🥃🏴
Hiker have said that around Mount Mac Dhui where some sightings of Bigfoot and north of Loch Ness, central England and Wales too.
@@wolfganggugelweith8760 your right we have The Big Grey Man of Ben Mac Dhui, here in Scotland 🏴 your name sounds German ? I’m sure you have them in the Black Forrest too. Stay safe all the best from Scotland 👣🥃🏴
Interesting Pagodas...I've seem similar structures but figured it was from snow on the thin trees. I'm almost as far north in Wisc. as one can get. Lots of snow and ice on trees but your Pagodas look like they are made with "hands". They are artfully done. The "Weaving" together of tree limbs is something we do see up here.I will keep watching this chanell to find out more about the Pagodas because they remind me of the Sweat lodges my Anishinnabe friends construct. Maybe the Pagodas have a Cerimonial purpose to a Spiritualy minded being we don't yet understand?
Braided Trees - no footprints ?
No hair stuck to brush or branches that u could check dna??
There are people who claim Bigfooty, can shape shift can cloak are multi dimensional, can shape shift, if Bigfooty was capable of all this we would be living in their zoos, Flinging are crap at them
Interesting 🤔!
I think theres a lot about the sasquatch that most of us dont know about.
Who's property? Who has access? What state? What so called experts have seen this first hand?
Very talented singer/songwriter. A shame that radio never knew how to present him as he didn't fit into any category. Biggest success with " Save the Dancer " album but still very much under appreciated artist. Never met him but understand he is a class act...
This was on June 29, 1975. I was there! Great footage.
Great memory! LOL What a hoot. Just glad I had my old Bolex 16mm that day and a roll of film. Not a great transfer for sure, just projected it on the wall and shot with a video cam. Glad I never threw those old films away! Wish I had my Nagra recorder at that time though.....
Beautiful Pagoda structures.
Epic Lash!
Gene Cotton, great man, humanitarian, singer-songwriter-musician. His music stands the test of time.
Great guy for sure! Got some work from him as I was starting out in the media business many years ago.
Awesome! He's a family friend of ours. Great guy.
Yep! Super guy. Got some work from him ( I think it was some concert posters ) early on as I was starting out in the media business many moons ago....;-)
For whoever found this thank you thank you I was there front row with Jim Colvard's family. Still one of the best concerts I ever went to.
I was going through old 16mm film I shot around that time and found it. Of course would have been great to have had sync-sound with it but that was a big deal in the days before video was so common. But it was great to be there and I'm sure that wonderful "live" soundtrack is playing somewhere in our heads!!!
Colvard…. The master character disguised as a guitar player!. Loved that guy because you never knew what was coming next… Out of his guitar OR Out of his mouth. RIP Jimmy….You deserve it.
@@buddyblackmon7405 RIP To the Colvard family. They're all gone except for the oldest daughter. The youngest daughter who used to be my sister-in-law passed away last year and the youngest son passed away the year before that.
I love BFJ...I might have been there?
It was a big crowd for sure! Such a great time and just loved that "Jerry" sound. What great musicians !!!
I love Lash Larue. He predates Indiana Jones, as being the first movie adventure hero to use a whip as a weapon, by almost 40 years. He's also among one of the earliest heroes to wear all black clothing in his adventures as well. Thanks for the adventures, Lash!
Always heard that Lash was the inspiration for Indy's whip! Got to work with Lash in his later years on some film projects. My good friend and production buddy Tim Ormond's dad had produced and directed some of Lash's films in Hollywood. He was a great guy!
First of all, I apologize because my English is not very good. I am from Barcelona (Catalonia - Spain) and my soul has always tended to admire the disparity of musical styles that were born over the years in the United States of America. I sincerely believe that the American musical culture has managed to create, capture and mix in the best way many musical styles that were born there or were adopted from other countries. With the help of the Internet, throughout these years I have been able to discover musical groups from indistinct eras (especially from the 70s, without doubt my favourite era because its genuinity, originality and sincerity, freshness, natural and not processed instruments sound, etc) that were born there and that, if not for this way, I would not have had the pleasure of knowing and enjoying . I am captivated by the ease with which styles are fused and the richness that it supposes. I realized that the southern United States is where a disparity of styles was born and converged in the best way. IMHO, Georgia could be the perfect epicenter and the best crossroad (rock, blues, jazz, soul, funk, country, ...). I discovered Barefoot Jerry from this way. Totally unknown in my country. You can feel that they are studio musicians (thanks Mr. Wayne Moss and Mr. Mac Gayden!) And that, despite they made several albums and have different group members, they could not find a specific style. But I appreciate its richness and originality. Their music smokes and grooves into this fusion of very well played styles. That video seems very genuine of the time. I can appreciate in the concert the late and missed Jim Covald (RIP. guitar, bass and vocals), Si Edwards (drums), Russ Hicks (steel guitar), and, obviously, Wayne Moss (bass, guitar and vocals). So the recording may be from the "You Can't Get Off with Your Shoes On" album era. It is a pity that it do not have audio, but with the images you can already sense the happiness from the people and enjoy the musical moment. Lucky those who were there! SmallWonderStudio, thanks for posting this gem!
Well I'm sure your English is much better than mine! Thank you for your thoughtful reply. Your reflections on the music and the time in which it was made are very astute and pretty much right-on target. It was a great time for the many diverse musical styles found here in the states. I also connected with the wonderful music that these guys made both collectively and individually. All the best to you from here in the USA.
@@smallwonderstudio8866 Thanks for answering. I don't think my English is better than yours. Can you mean your Catalan or Spanish? Hahaha... I’m glad and sincerely thank you for appreciating my comment. In my quest to find unknown 70s era jewels, I have discovered great albums totally unknown to me and unfairly dismissed and ignored by the vast majority. I have never set barriers for myself in terms of styles (I think that in many cases it has been a mistake to pigeonhole different music bands into a specific style, especially those who precisely wanted to get out of that pigeonhole by composing and playing what they really wanted). I adore, for example, bands like Steely Dan or Little Feat, which, to a different extent, played what they liked and to which a disparity of styles can be appreciated. For this reason, I like to share my found underrated jewels. So below I leave you a list of 3 albums completely unknown to the general public and unjustly forgotten by the great mass, which, from my point of view, are authentic masterpieces of music: - Crazed Hipsters (1972) - Finnigan and Wood - Dinnertime (1972) - Alex Taylor - New Beginnings (1975) - Larry Jon Wilson Good music connects us as outsiders, makes us happy, makes us better people, so helps to make a better world. I hope you enjoy it. Peace my friend.
actually I can tell just from the lip movements, they're playing smokies, from the "bah bah bah bah's"
Wow!! Faces, trucks, & memories
Oh those wacky boys!!! ;-)
Filmed after our first concert at David Lipscomb College - around 1975- by Mark Pleasant. Live concert audio by Russell Sturgeon.
From a man that lived it!!! Hope all is well with you and yours!!!!
I got one question hun, did you render all those small clips directly in iclone or did you use an external software? Thanks you, Your clips are amazing, I love them, just looking at them without nothing happening and just the background music, already introduces you inside the clip and makes you wonder about the story. At least that's my personal impression, congratulations. I love your clip, I can tell you are a professional , all things are in the right place, along with the lighting of each scene.
Hello and sorry it took so long to get back to you Natasha. The overall video segment is edit in Vegas Pro video editing software. That lets me add music and trim clips etc. The scenes within the video are created in iClone software. Those are the projections I sell at www.animatedprojections.com Hope that helps. And thanks for the kind words.
Can u post loops without logos and words over the video
Thanks for your interest! Actually I sell these backdrops at my website... www.animatedprojections.com
