I've watched enough of your subpar video dude. How can a game from the early 2000's with the ORIGNAL voice actors be abridged? It's just shortened story; they were limited to disk space on these games. If you're going to do a gameplay video its extremely annoying to keep hearing "OH MY GOD THIS IS SO ABRIDGED." You went into the game since the beginning almost fully negative about every aspect of the game. It's not going to live up to your expectations 22 years in the future. The comparison to Kakarot is extremely wild, Schemmel even came out and said he had over 150+ hours of voice acting on the game, of course it's going to be better. It was DESIGNED to go extremely deep into the story. Budokai has never been some extremely deep story game. It's always been about the fighting and the combat. Should have just left it and made a video on Sparkling Zero....
