Standards, lets talk about them. What are Urbans' standards on conduct? How often did he try to keep quiet fights, assault and battery(Aaron H and many more), breaking and entering (Tony joiner), theft, hazing, the list goes on and on. Urban sells a good image of having high morals, honesty, and integrity and the winning will follow. The truth is, he will do whatever it takes to win. He will protect his players, cover for their reckless behavior and crimes, as long as they produce. Coach Urban Meyer is an embarrassment for any organization.

I've had multiple friends who were lifelong gator fans who, after various lengths (between 20 and 40 years) have officially hung up their support for UF this week. You can say we're fairweather fans even though I've been a die hard gator fan since 88 when I moved to Tallahassee at 7 years old, but we just refuse to support this UAA, Scott Stuckman (i refuse to use the jerks real name), the news of golden, and the acceptance of complete mediocrity with this bum coach. I will happily come back if they get rid of these greaseballs that are undeserving of the prestige of what UF stands for, but they are completely unworthy of the support, whether it's financial, emotional, whatever. Holy shit what a disaster uf is in atm.

Keeping a coach for fear of losing DJ is wrong. A big name coach will keep a lot of players; and probably DJ included, and bring more players. Not to mention if the person most of us want, Lane, will likely cause Ole Miss to throw more money at him and he will be unavailable next year and we will still bring looking for another coach next year. We are who we are at this point. A leopard doesn’t change its spots. Billy is who he is. Why should it take this long to continuously look past all of the mistakes this guy has made

UF president and his laissez-faire attitude toward sports and leadership must come to an end. Organizations need leadership. Programs need leadership. It's time for Gov DeSantis to step in and reset the board at UF. I've made this suggestion in the past - Kevin Carter for AD. One of the smartest people to ever play sports at UF. He knows sports. He cares about UF. Hit the reset button. I'm tired of seeing my alma mater as a dumpster fire.

No. We're just kicking the can down the road. Lagway is temporarily elevating the program. But folks are mistaking that for Billy suddenly becoming a good coach. Cignetti is the guy. His age doesnt matter. Urban and Spurrier both came from schools that were no more prominent than Indiana
