Firstly concerning the two different genealogies in Matthew and Luke, the one is through Mary and her father while the other is through Joseph, the adopted father of Jesus. Yes Jesus is called son of God because He was created by God's Spirit, the eternal Word of God manifested as man to restore what Adam has lost. Jesus can be seen as eternal (the Word of God) and His begotten part as man. It is important to discern this to correctly understand what is written. Please show us where Solomon is called "the son of God", all true believers are sons of God, not THE son of God.
