On PC (this is on console) there may be a way to change her move set so all of her attacks look like that or different.

It depends, she has silent takedowns that are kind of similar to that kind of thing like choking them with her legs and such

I also wonder how that happens. Maybe they are using increased battle points, or maybe they are using a hack.

Yes for online I only use mods that are MP safe, for example, any mod that replaces something or changes its appearance, map mods, and also, sound mods that replace sound effects and voice lines

Good idea, but remember: you will lose all progress and points

This will also deletes all vehicles and make you have to buy them again.

This is the best part of the game especially when you get to the one in upper right corner of the map.... wow

The door goes inside GCPD. You can't get inside by using Harley.
