Not sure I've ever thought of that, I'm going to have to set the next one higher than an hour.

A lot of microwaves don't have that option but everyone is different to set as well, whats the model number of your microwave?

Does the machine run even when off, if the door is closed?

@Ms.L. ok there's a board up under the top panel on the left side that is faulty, you will have to replace the board or get the board fixed.

@parrotafrica2996 there is quite a bit of videos on my channel for washers, the problems seem to be very similar between manufacturers.

@Thomasappliance Washers are not made like they use to be ..Mass production ..I bought bekco ( defy ) 8kg top loader October 2023 .. In the middle of a wash the drum emptied of water and it leaked ,errors no reason .. 2 year warreny , and the bekco repairs tec failed to fix the issues .. I got sent a new unit , it worse than unit taken this one would even make the washing motion.. 🙆💁‍♂️..

Sometimes it's one of the thermostats, can also be a power issue. Make sure there is 240v to the dryer.

That is usually a fan issue, or the holes between the fridge and freezer are frozen over.

The board doesn't directly test the bake or broil, it will tell you if the stove isn't hot enough, if oven is not working depending on the stove the board is usually the issue so most of the time the board is faulty and doesn't realize there is an issue.

There's a lot of issues with most dishwashers out right now

Yes exactly, that happens quite a bit.

A no heating issue is usually fixed by replacing a thermostat or a heater.

@@Thomasappliance thank you. I will call Costco again. I will tell them about thermostat/heater too. By heater, do you mean heating element? I been watching TH-cam and they did mention heating element

@ the guy came again and didn't do anything to check heat element. He used his phone and wire to connect machine lol did he do right? They warn to charge me $100 extra if I call their service again

Yes I'm afraid you are correct, Samsung seems to have some real big issues with every appliance they made in the last 10 years.

Yeah it always seemed strange to me too. I clean up shafts of rollers and idlers all the time but never had one seize up, they are supposed to have an oil impregnated in them that is to stop them from heating up.

When it comes to overheating it can be as simple as a loose connection, if the thermostat shorted out and wasn't working properly the heater could stay on, the ice maker or fridge could of had a surge and blew wires.

What's happening with it?

If you checked the wires going into the icemaker and have no voltage there, then you have to trace back power to usually a board.

That's a tough one, I've never heard of that brand but most gaskets are made specifically for a certain model number. You can search on the web under the model number and try to find at least a part number then you can see if there is a replacement part number or if someone has that part number in stock somewhere. You could even try calling the manufacturer and see if they can help.

Thank you for your response. I have scoured the Internet, contacted the manufacturer and made phone calls to several Supply places and no one has it. Question am I left with having to buy a new one? Is there a rubber sealant that you could recommend to close up the holes?

@SteveSalinaro there isn't a sealant that I've ever heard of but I suppose there could be something out there.

Yes some can be put into time dry, which is a better cycle in my opinion
