Actually getting through gate is all you need for Wright's quest. There are some very costly weapons to buy in SF. But as you go to Navarro and Oil Rig preferably not guns blazing the are useful only in SF and Military Base. You don't need Electronic Lockpick to get to that cargo elevator in SAD. You just need Lockpick skill over 100. Only door which explicitly require Electronic Lockpick is elevator in Toxic Caves. You need Science at least 80 to retrive human brain and 120 for the cybernetic brain. Abnormal brain is good for completing quest, but skynet with it is just a pack mule unable to combat. The fridge you are looking for is in top left corner (covered by wall) in the basement of New Reno Arms.

Clasic. You did so much effort to search each corner of empty rooms, but when you arrived in room with table and two lockers, you missed a third locker cowered by outer wall of Vault. BTW: That black pistol is probably the best weapon for Sulic. Electronic Lockpick is not a better version of manual Lockpick. Each works on different type of doors. Sniper Rifle is really the safest way to deal with turrets in SAD. But you have to arrive in daytime and left companions behind. And knew what? There's one Sniper Rifle right there (in SAD location) lying in the left clearing.

You can go to SAD and get all those pretty good loot, just not return to Orvel till you finish with other families (I usually do that just after getting car as it makes mid-game so much easier). Also Bishop's interfere with Lynette's quests. Therefore I usually accept Weston's counteroffer and kill Bishop instead.

Quite close, but not. You need a combat knife in hand, not shif, to get extra conversation when met Little Jesus. Only way to get into Mr. Bishop's room peacefully (and get quest from him) is if you have briefcase from Moore in Vault CIty and tell that those guards by stairs. It's a hidden and probably most tricky quest. After giving glasses to Renesco for free, you have to ask him 20x how he likes them to get a special reward. Boxing is not useless. If you keep going and win all fights (easiest way is just wait till they critically miss) gives up to 1500 caps, 4750 XP, title and +5% to Unarmed. Doing all quest in New Reno is bit tricky. When you finish final quest for family, you became a Maid Man of that family and other families turn hostile on sight. Only way to get rid of Maid Man status is to wipe out given family. So choose your order wisely (killing Wrights takes Karma, while killing other families gives Karma).

That speed loader is actually quite good as it will allow you to shot twice and reload in the same turn. I usually use Skeeter upgrade for a scoped Hunting Rifle for Vic, but you already have better gun for him. Other upgrades Skeeter can do is extended magazine for Desert Eagle and Assault Riffle and night vision scope for FN FAL Skeeter is not only one who can do those upgrades. Valerie in Vault City and especially Algernon in New Reno Arms basement have better prices.
