To start of, you have the wrong arcade, the arcade closest to the casino you want. Secondly you want to do the duggens gear setup where you need to desteoy 10 targets (get all of them) the guards wont have helmets etc. After that you want to have the level 2 clearance to only hack the door once! This makes it mich easyer

The elevator finger scan only takes a minute....but why not longfin approach as you would already have a boat?

use the longfin you dont have to kill a gaurd on a boat 10x easier
