If you're on PC there's a mod for it and has been around forever. If you're on console then it's unlocked after the first playthrough. It's totally worth it though. It adds an additional layer of gameplay to Cal. The game plays the same and let's you draw your own conclusion of his origins on Bracca.

Came with patch 1.09. It was a May The Fourth gift from Respawn. Upon completion of the game you earn game+ mode (it lets you carry over any outfits, ponchos, BD-01, mantis skins you find. two additional game modes that add hours to the game) Just for finishing the game you now unlock the Inquisitor outfit and red crystal. The is infinitely better on the second playthrough.
