Genet Snacking on Wiskas Cat Food – Nairobi, Kenya – ASMR
While staying at the Emakoko safari lodge in Nairobi, Kenya, we were visited by a Genet cat as we had dinner. The lodge leaves out a bowl of Wiskas cat food for the genets and we were able to sit and watch as this guy had dinner with us. Enjoy five minutes of the Genet chowing.

The Masai Mara National Reserve is famous for their big cat encounters. We visited at the start of the rainy season and we were pleased to see that the rain and cooler weather allowed for more activity. Lions, Chetahs, and Leopards, oh my!

My husband put together this great video of our 1st day in Kenya. Before heading to our other destinations within the country, we spent the night in Nairobi National Park. NNP is 45.26 sq mi and filled with all sorts of wildlife and makes for an interesting juxtaposition between the city background and the animals. We also visited Samburu in June 2023. It was beautiful and without the rush of the other parks. We enjoyed seeing the special 5 as well as your video now. Brought back a lot of wonderful memories. Thank you.
