I bought glue strips on Ali Express and they work perfectly. The good thing with the ones I bought they are very thin so you can use as little or a lot depending on what size book you are making. Cost was very cheap for a hundred and a good length. I live in Australia and I'm very happy with the results. Cheers Jan

I love it!! I still need to do my daughter’s wedding album and I am just overwhelmed with all of what to include: like getting ready, etc. maybe I just need to start with the ceremony and go from there. I really feel it could end up being more than one album!

LOVE! I think I saw a tutorial where someone DID NOT adhere the glue strip to the spine and had a hard time getting the pages to line up right. I still have my cinch in the box because of that. Now, after seeing your tutorial I can't wait to make something!

There seem to be no perfect trimmers that work for every trimming task. I have a variety of trimmers, but I love the precision cut of my Fiskars with the wire, but the blades need to be replaced too often-very annoying. I have a Cutter-Piller, but it also has it’s limitations. I had to replace the battery cover, too, because it was lame. I have so many comments to make about this episode, but I will try to keep it short. I love my ATG, and Tape Jungle seems to have the best deal if you buy the tape in bulk. Like Janet, I use ATG to secure paper and photos, but then I come in with the Scotch quick dry to really adhere all of my paper and photos down. GREAT discussion ladies, I could go on and on.

Great discussion. I use the scotch atg, my favorite liquid glue is art glitter glue. I would like to find a good pair of non stick scissors. I have a hobby lobby pair, but the non stick isn't that great. Do y'all have any tips on sharpening a pair of scissors?

Just like both of you I'm still on the hunt for the perfect trimmer. My go to adhesive is ZIG jumbo tip (no tape runners). I was surprised glue dots was not included as an essential adhesive?!?!? Similar to fabric only scissors, I have a pair of scissors I use for cutting ribbon only. I have both a trash can and a recycling bin in my craft room. A few of my favorite tools - Stampin' Up! tearing ruler and Mrs. Grossman tweezers.

Love my yellow & black scissors, and my Tim ones. Love my Scotch ATG, and my SU trimmer.

Reverse tweezers, AG mini Empress machine, dies! Everything I create has some kind of die on it!

My favorite adhesive is Bearly art glue for a liquid and KOKUYO that I buy on Amazon. I have used this for years and love this tape runner!

I have the CM trimmer and it’s ok, not my favorite but I invested in it so I use it, I have the large Fiskers rotary and the Tim holtz 8x11 trimmer I use for photos.

I have a pair of cuticle scissors in my fussy cutting arsenal. I think it’s helpful for curves. I do flip it back and forth depending on the direction of the curve.

I got mine before for my birthday instead of having to wait until Christmas. The box had a big hole in it so I panicked. I plugged it, it worked, set the time, it worked. However when I ran my hand over the top, the only place that I could really feel the heat was near the top of where the timer button was. Near the back end, I could barely feel any heat at all. Is this normal or is it defective? I didn't try a book yet as I am waiting on strips to come in so that I don't ruin the 3 good ones that comes with the pink.
