Hey there, Unfortunately, might no. You can figure out if the case will work, as long as YOUR case had a square bump in the middle of the CHIP holes. If your case was flat they will not be compatible. We would advise contacting ODT support with a picture for confirmation.

Hey there, Please try to turn on your unit, press and hold the Bluetooth button until you hear a double beep. Power off and power back on. If that does not work, let's try a reset. The simplest way of resetting the device is to completely drain the battery (play music till dead or use it as a power bank).

So, make sure that you get the CHIPS on pairing mode (lights flashing red & blue), and then on your Bluetooth list, you have to tab on SEARCH OR REFRESH to get the CHIPS 2.0 with the headset icon. You don't have it? Start over.

hold both the right and left side buttons down at the same time and hold until you hear a prompt about clearing paired devices and release. After a few seconds, you will see a second ODT CHIPS 2.0 show on your phone Bluetooth. This one will have a square with 4 icons - two squares, headphones and a circle; this is the one that you want to pair with NOT the ODT CHIPS 2.0 with a rectangle and phone icon which will require the app that doesn't exist anymore

Yes! Thanks! Holding both buttons down did nothing, but waiting a minute and reacanning for available Bluetooth devices revealed the second odt 2.0 with the different icons which connected normally.

Hello there, Super simple fix, I've seen that before. The simplest way of resetting the device is to completely drain the battery (play music till dead or use it as a power bank). At that point you should charge it to full and use it. Voila!

Hey there, Not that I would say there are best or worst, but my go to preference are the Outdoor Tech CHIPS 3.0. Based on battery life, Bluetooth connection and easiness to use with gloves.

Hello, both are high performance, I use them for rock, pop and electronic music and I can nicely feel the bass both units. However, the 2.0 have a little bit more bass, but just a little bit.

Hmmm, from what I can tell from the Amazon pictures... They will be very similar. The grips have more texture tho.
