I’ve been following your podcast since the start because I discovered Macies pregnancy workouts on IG back during my first pregnancy. Thank you so much for sharing your lives and conversations because it feels like I am hanging out with my virtual friends 😂 I have a one and three year old so I relate so much but live in an area away from all my friends. You have given me slivers of what I miss being around my friends ❤ appreciate you girls!

YES to the leaking! I'm still nursing my 2 year old and I had to wear a bra with nursing pads at all times for over a year (including sleeping). Very miserable but finally made it out of the hell hole of being stuck in a bra 24/7 somewhere between 15-18 months.

I fart a lot and my farts are almost odorless but they're loud (very much sometimes)! 😅 So I just like women who are totally ok on farts like you two and also my female friends are all the same and this couldn't have been any different! 😅 I tell soon to every woman I know that I'm a great "loud farter" and if she tells me that's digusting I stop to be even just a friend to her! And I think that you Amie shouldn't always hold your farts, this is so uncomfortable even if you're not a "big farter"! 😅 Don't care about those men who think that a woman who farts is gross, they're stupid!
