Stuck In Pouring Rain On A 200HP Super Bike
This video is exactly as the title suggests. I had planned a rip in the twistys today with my buddy on his R6. I even had my full race suit on. Well mother nature had other plans! I decided it might be interesting to just record what it's like being trapped riding home in pouring rain on tight mountain roads and slick city streets. Anyways enjoy !

ABS PRO comes standard on the premium trim so yes !

Thx for the review! It's good to get a review from an experienced rider. I've only ridden dirt so far and not for real long at that. I know that doesn't translate to street at all but I've LONGED for a street bike forever! I've loved the R3 option since it's release in 2015 and am planning to get one spring of '23. If you don't mind, seeing as I'm essentially brand new to 2 wheels, I know this is a good entry point. But from what I've been seeing, I really don't know if I'd ever "need" anything more. In your opinion, for a 25 min combined highway/city commute and some obvious fun riding, could this bike meet the fun factor? I know a bigger bike would fill the "desire" for more and I can always look to that in future but in all honesty I dunno if I'd need to do that if this one is as fun as it's been proclaimed to be. Just looking for your 2 bits as an experienced rider, thanks for the vid!!
Of course and glad you enjoyed! This bike would be perfect for those needs and the aftermarket can pull a lot more power out for a very cheap investment if you start to feel the need for more speed. However, I think it speaks volumes that despite my primary steed being the s1000rr this little gem still puts a Cheshire Cat smile on my face every ride in the hills! Let me know how you like it when you get to take a spin !

Hey man great video, i just bought mine can you tell me how it is letting that much wheelie with +4 setting on slick mode cab you close antiwheelie individually? Also will it save you if you wheelie too much at that setting?
Thank you! And as far as slick mode wheelie control is fully disabled regardless of TC setting. Slick mode will not intervene and save you in the event of a high wheelie. You can also create the individual mode which I need to get around too. I love slicks parameters of choosable tc and no wheelie control but unfortunately there is almost no engine braking which is a strange feeling to me.

@@optony9606 there is an added excitement when the road is just downright sketchy as opposed to smooth as glass! Haha kangaroos though i can't imagine. I dodge squirrels and deer quite often though

For the fuel igniting in the exhaust, did you have to to tune it to run rich or is that SC exhaust do that automatically?
The pre euro 4 bikes of the second generation s1000rr (2015-2018) all pop and burble with that pleasing note on deceleration. The sc project just GREATLY magnigies the effect.

Which tyre do you recommend, i am struggling to choose between rosso corsa 2 and bridstone s22
I have been running the rosso corsas as opposed to the supercorsa sp's that came on the bike. I really believe they are the best mixture of durability and hardcore performance!
Im going with s22s this season.. my rule is try a different brand every szn until you find what you like the most.. q3s were my jam and lasted forever but time to switch it up

I have this bike, same color, added steel brake lines and Q3/s it does a lot. Especially if the rider knows what they are doing.

What tires you use? My Bridgestone rs10 are done for next season
I run pirelli rosso corsa 2 tires. They seem to be the best blend of super performance and a bit of durability due to the hard center strip so highway miles dont literally disintegrate them immediately haha.

Finnally motovlog nice ride bruh, but the camera setting is a little embarrassing because it might not activate the superview mode in the action cam / Gopro camera. Keep trying to be better bro, good luck🙏
