@ nice I’m running 32s on mine and it’s all stock, does ok but I wanna get some more out of the clutch and there’s not much info on those kits

We were getting slippage on 30’s and we no longer get it it is a success in my opinion its the cheaper route works great unless you and ready to send the clutches out get machined balance or buying new clutches But we do have sticky thick stuff around here

This lift kit does not offset at all

Yes it did had to move wire from original spot thats about it

The pipe is bigger then stock so far i haven’t had any problems with it the pipe widens so the collar just seals it

@@northern-blaze yeah I mounted mine Tuesday and I just thought that wasn’t very much material to actually hold the gasket down. Plus it destroyed my gaskets so I’m hesitant to run it even though I already put new ones in.

I think i broke mine also and i just kept it together tighten more and it doesn’t leak.

@tty117 no they do not you need a dobeck tuner or tuned ecu there are plenty of people who tune you have vforce john ftgu DGCustoms and it runs it right

I got the a arms off cfab.com A slight hit with a rubber mallet on the a arm did the trick dont hit with steel hammer you will bend it

thanks for the info :) although i got impatient and hit more than a tap and they didn't want to come off. so i got more impatient and found some bushing replacements'. since the oem ones are a bit out of my budget. since the bushing was shot and i was thinking of just buying some used but ok a-arms with good bushings for like 40 bucks. but i got the replacement bushings for like 40 vs 187 for oem. but now i have to worry about bent a-arms from my impatience :(

The bike is 10 years old and I’ve changed it twice i also have a wet clutch installed with a stiffer secondary spring to run the 30’s

@@northern-blaze thank you very much for answering. I’m on the market for atv and trying to research which one to buy, Honda or Suzuki or something else. Any advice?

In all honesty Honda had no belt Suzuki is a a great belt system but it all depends on how you ride it loved my Suzuki and would buy another single piston low maintenance 0 problems with my Suzuki and a great ride I have a few friends with a hate love relationship with Honda i still say they are a great bike but they need to be more modernized I have preferred the Suzuki ride over the Honda but we all have different opinions both great bikes cant go wrong either way

The falls are called sturgeon falls they are in a little town past timmins about 2 hrs Ill be heading to explore jocko point next year at some point

I did have a vinson at one point with the high low rev shifter and the manuel at tje bottom solid bikes

They have not changed in a while they do need an upgrade

I have never had that problem before I do know that the 2013 drain the battery with the wiring harness issue as i was not the only one with the issue.. Your stator might also need to be changed if it is original. Low voltage equal stall outs with these bikes i hope this helps you i do miss my kingquad but someday i might get another

Look up "king quad engine stall fix" by MJA doing stuff. Had the exact same issue and that fixed it

I is one thing that i have been called out on a lot when i first started been working on it but its a stupid habit that is hard to break

When we do anything the first time it isn’t easy When you install a minimum of 9 a month it is easy. We listen to the dealerships because we rely on there experience on these machines

I swapped it to tdf after the first ride Hard a hard time getting the 4x4 to engage properly

Been thinking about deleting this one and making a proper one

Still rubs a little also added 2” spacers and swapped to the a arm lift kit I have to trim the plastics at this point or 6” lift

I have arched a arm lift kit in this video The highlifter was a smoother ride then the a arms Going in a straight stretch at top speeds id prefer the highlifter 2 in kit over the a arms

@Cbchris2113 i ran them without for a few weeks then i added a highlifter 2” kit then i swapped for the 2” a arm lift kit

@@northern-blaze any rubbing ? I have the same quad and trying to keep the stock wheel just upgrade the tires. Really don’t want to lift it but I will if I absolutely have to. I was looking at running 28 sassys too

@Cbchris2113 i had to do some plastic trimming with no lift but had to be careful id still rub Even woth the lift when it gets ruff or i go on a wheelie spree they tend to get in the headlights

@northern-blaze be patient, it will come! Kawasaki does alot of R&D before they put something on the market.
