How I did this: In the "run game" setting I selected a "Windows 98" ISO file I found on the internet, during the boot section I quickly switched to a random ".bin" file, and when the main menu appeared, I quickly switched back to the same/previous ISO file.

I'm not sure either. I'm pretty sure the term "Playstation 1" refers to the first generation of playstation consoles (PSX, PSone) in my opinion
