A Great Update to Your Previous Screenpack, Blue Tank..and it also can put up to 182 chars?..that's amazing this is more like the ultimate crossover and hands down one of the best screenpacks I have ever seen..the character select has several fighting game logos and it's great that you even brought back the original 12 characters from the World Heroes 2 bootleg and so as World Heroes 2 Pro...now a lot of newcomers were added..gotta like this upgrade version of it

@@bluetank7291 Yeah I've Certainly Do..and I was browsing around on Mugen and I looked at The Screnpack made by this user named "Chotto-Komaru"..I was surprised that one of his screenpacks that he made before was "Street Fighter II Turbo Hyper Fighting" which is based on the SNES version..only few users have created some SNES Themed Screenpacks including Super Mario World and The Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past

In the screenpack, there is a folder with name 'data'. In this folder, there is another folder with name '480 chars'. Copy these files from this folder and paste them in the folder 'mugen1'. And you will be okay.

In Street Fighter EX2, you can use Ace to create your own character. You could put some moves in this character. It is like a "template" I apologize for the late answer. :(
