KUN GACHIBOWLI SERVICE EXPERIENCE - THE BEST In October 2023, I entrusted my car for servicing to Lakshmi Hyundai Yusafguda. However, the experience turned out to be highly disappointing. Following the service, my vehicle exhibited several issues that were not present before: 1. Decreased pickup and acceleration. 2. Jerky clutch release. 3. Significant drop in mileage from 14 kmpl to 9-10 kmpl 4. Poorly done wheel balancing. 5. Subpar quality of post-service wash. 6. Loss of power while driving uphill. Despite these glaring issues, the service team pressured me into giving them a high rating. Upon escalating the matter to the service team, I was asked to accompany the mechanic for a test drive to explain my feedback. Shockingly, the mechanic attributed the problems to my driving skills, dismissing the valid concerns I raised. KUN GACHIBOWLI SERVICE EXPERIENCE - THE BEST In contrast, my recent experience with KUN Hyundai Gachibowli has been exemplary. The service provided by KUN Hyundai has effectively addressed all the issues I faced post the unsatisfactory experience at Lakshmi Yusafguda. The car now feels rejuvenated, as if it has been reset to its original condition. Regarding service charges, I paid ₹13,000 for the service at Lakshmi Hyundai (which only included routine servicing), whereas at KUN Hyundai, I paid ₹12,000 for servicing along with additional repair work. The stark contrast between the two experiences underscores the superior quality of service offered by KUN Hyundai Gachibowli.

Hyundai is good, hope these dealers are ok too.
