new here - West Side resident!! Small world. Trying to get the Gordon but not in stock currently at HF WS. On line 8/16, hopefully in store sooner.
That Charge looks beautiful. I alternate between the P4 and Swisstool spirit Mx
@@Kayakasaurus love the charge. I own basically all besides the garages
Missed out on the orange when it went on sale damnnn
The Swiss tool is mine. But if we’re going lewtherman id choose the surge
I got the 23 trd pro to have the last of the 3rd gen and after seeing the prices on the 24s I know it was the right call. The 22 trd pro was 46k msrp, the 23 pro was 52k msrp and now the 24 pro is 66k msrp... crazy jumps since the chip shortages and supply chain nonsense of the last few years.
@@Thejoeb I’m sure it’ll keep climbing too. Thanks for watching?
It used to. Now I truly question its effectiveness. Also Now the battery powered wands never work after first use, the manual triggers ALWAYS leak, so you end up with poison all over your hands. Product quality really decreased last couple years. We have sprayed our garage numerous times with it, to still have spiders everywhere. Ortho is no good anymore!!
Somewhat not bad or good
Ohh its on you. Help the pooch. Dam.
@@willieholmes1453 ripped it off

I love my Swisstool Spirit XC. I managed to procure one of the last of these fine multi tools after Victorinox discontinued them. Through fidgeting my Leatherman Free P4, I've learnt to deploy the Spirit XC's butter knife blade and other tools one-handed using my left hand. Not easy but not impossible. Cheers...
I have one of those Chinese knock-offs. It really isn't so bad. It's been my main pocket knife for over 20 years. Apart from a lost toothpick, it's as good as the day I bought it ... for very little money.
I do carry dedicated knives every day, but since 1985, when I was in basic training, I have carried 2 Leatherman tools on my belt at all times/ I have changed over the years what they are. the last few years, I have had the Wave ( gen 1) and a surge. a while back I did a video on my entire multi tool collection. at that time I realized I have quite a few of them, some are very old, discontinued models. my favorite discontinued model that I have is the mini. wish they'd bring that one back.
I carry the OG
I’ve got the 2022 Tacoma trd pro and have absolutely no regrets having the 2GR-FKS engine and there’s nothing I enjoyed when test driving the 4th gen Tacoma. 😳
@@deantrainr love the looks too
Kicking myself for missing the boat on the orange charges. Got a black one off ebay though and am surprised how much I like it. That serrated blade with the hook is my favorite part. I'm a but Swiss Army Knife fan and like to edc a Champ... But my leatherman charge gets the nod pretty often.
I have a 2023 TRD offroad and love it. Your truck is awesome! Better than the 24!
@@mikebellmore4132 thank you! Hope you enjoy yours. Great trucks. Luxury in my opinion

They do hurt,to a human it's uncomfortable to a Dog I am sure it's a Pain on the ASS.
What you refer to as a V-shank is actually known as a Gut Hook, really handy when you want to make a dedicated depth cut like when gutting a fish... Probably where it got the name "Gut HooK"
@@uliman100 it’s my favorite tool on a multitool
Leathermans are insanely expensive where I live due to import taxes and not having a national seller/distributor. Expensive to the point of costing 1 month of minimum wage salary for a wave and up to 3 months of min wage for an Arc. I Carry a modded DaiCamping DL30 for work and a victorinox Huntsman + SOG powerpint for when I'm offduty
Have the same charge+. Best edc multitool, in my opinion. Super hard to beat.
Paraffin wax undercoating and charged you 150.00 dollars! They ripped you off. You realize that paraffin is a kind of wax that will wear out quickly. Also, your truck looks like if it is already been sprayed with the real undercoating. The black rudder looking thing. So, you didn’t need this wax coating anyways
@@josevazquez3427 whatever it was it seems permanent! It was done brand new and 7 year warranty with unlimited touch ups for $450
Even if you added nothing, the truck would still look no different.
It blows my mind that EVERY single leatherman doesn't have spring loaded pliers. I use mine a lot at work and i love it. I wont buy any of the higher end styles becaus3 they don't have a spring.
I edc one of these. My wife finally upgraded me from my wave of over 15 years last Christmas. The shears are amazing, great grip strength and usability on the pliers, and feels good in hand when using the saw, can opener, or other tools. Yes, its heavy. But I love that, I have a fairly heavy EDC, so it doesn't bother me on my hip, but yep. King.
Wave +, I wish I got that exact same charge G10. If so I would EDC it
I carry my arc every day, love the thing
Nice choice
Same here! I use it daily, it's also my fidget toy. Lol
Same🤪

Dont forget to buy t-shank blades for it. longer for wood and for metal. the default saw is not enough aggresive for wet, live wood.
@@appleztooranges i got it and i love it but is there any way of making it less stiff other than time
@@cheezy39 I use ballistal on the joints. It’s a great lubricant that will loosen things up

Surge is still a king when U really need bigger and stronger. I have that gen2 Surge. Bought that minibitdriver from Ebay and changed that smaller flat driver for that. Need to grind maybe 2mm off to get tool close completely. I just dont understand where do U need that smaller flat because U allready have that normal bitdriver with about same size flat bit on that..Gen1 has that minibit but gen2 doesnt. Anyways Surge is not my EDC. Too big and heavy for my taste. ARC and Charge tti+ are my choise for EDC.
I think the arc is a very good tool with everything incorporated, I think it’s a little pricey but then again what would you give for a pocket knife with magnacut, totally agree the T shank adaptor is a game changer, my view, I’d stick with my surge as I use it heavily day in day out and I’d be scared to scratch the arc 😂
I can’t lie I’m really controversial I love the leatherman Arc but that’s just me it’s got all the tools and more that I need
Leatherman have made a fancy one there but it’s like a toy. I would like some usable tools for on site work eg a stanley blade holder.. a jab saw , standard bit holder built in .. useful allen keys built in hammer end/Chisel /nail puller /magnet to detect screws in drywall bradawl for marking accurate points and finally a built in laser level, torch. If leatherman don’t raise their game and make something like that the Chinese will sooner or later. Innovation and quality is key in this tool category. As for knipex they are properly made and designed tools . And yes I would like a small circular saw built in too but that’s just a dream…😅
if knipex made a multitool game over for leatherman.
I just ordered one for Prime day. I haven't seen it yet so it's nice to see a review on it.
103K...It's not even broken in yet! Nice Truck!
Thanks
