Is necessary charge paddles and buttons? or do they have AAA or button batteries or what?

hello, I have carplayer android and rear camera working very good, front camera is working only if selected by push button , and reverse gear is engaged, if disengaging reverse gear than front camera lose picture on screen. I checked voltage and after disengaging for several seconds smart box giving voltage output for front camera, but no picture on screen. I connected all wires as in your description, but "monitor trigger wire " where to connect?
