I see you have Videos of a cat 501 as well. I’m curious if you had a lot of down time with it and how does this timberpro machine do in comparison of the 501?
The 501 was years ago. Didn’t have much for down time until 10k hours. All machines have issues at some point, the timberpro is a great machine for certain applications. One man operation. I love it. The sp661 head and timberpro power is 👌
@@kyleofstad The 501 we have has a lot of little stuff that goes wrong all the time it been gone through by cat about 1,000 hrs ago now. We run in hardwood 98% of the time. We understand down time for sure just this is almost every week something goes wrong shuts us down and never can get on a decent production role.
@@kyleofstad I’ll have to say customer service been great and helps us out a lot. Just with all this and it’s been almost a year of going this route just might have to look into other options before long.
A good man and a saw would get alot more wood!

Yea contractor
Awesome closeup of sawing
Nice work. Like to watch. Tough markets really suck right now
Yes markets are tough. It’s been the same up and down roller coaster for ever.
@@kyleofstad been in woods since 97. Never been this bad
Oak saw logs/bolts/Aspen bolts/mat logs are the money makers right now for our location

@codysmith2812 that’s not good. Maybe why they discontinued the line and sold out. They really don’t care about quality control or customer service

What is your average weekly production? Cut and forwarding
Depends on the timber. 3 truck loads a day is good average
With machines like this, we won't be able to breath in 2040.
That’s just not true.
Rap music sucks, regardless whether it's supposed to be country music or not. As a matter of fact, bro country sucks even more than rap music.
Nice opinion bro! Regardless of your thoughts, I like all kinds of music. Depends how I feel and how the lyrics feel 👍
impressive
Hows that do in big oak
New England Logger not bad. Now I have a Timberpro 830 combo with a Sp661LF head on it
I live in Saxon
