Thank you for the review. I am on my 7th day with a resmed and the philips dreamware under the nose/cushioin mask. It worked 100% great for the first 5 days, now I wake up and its like "collapsing". Is that a known problem? I then get the sensasion air flow is diminished and I will suffacte (ok slightly exagerating here). also is there an official support group for the masks? I can find all kinds of things about the recall but nothing on the mask

You’re wearing it wrong. Your nose is supposed to rest on top of the cushion, not go in it.

I liked the headgear better than the original resi med I was given. Overall happy with this mask.

Does the connection for heated tube ever fail? Mine quit connecting.

Hi! I was sent a medium cushion. How do I tell if a small might work better for me? On the fit guide my nose tip barely extends past the line for a small cushion. Thanks!

I had the best results with this mask but after the second night it bruised the bridge of my nose 😢

Attaching cushion demo around 1:30 was very helpful. Wasn’t sure how to switch face mask on the head gear without tearing or breaking the silicone.

Looks nice but it’s far too light and I have to use a gripper mat. No de ramp button. Much prefer Flimsy top of humidifier tank. The clips either side won’t last long. Glad I didn’t pay for it.

Mine leaks all night. And yes I have adjusted it every which way I constantly have to mess with it throughout the night which keeps me awake. How is that helping a sleep disorder ? I get 5.9 AHI and 95 % leakage

My do not have the time and date adjustment.

I dont understand what’s the issue I have F20 and connects just fine too the resmed climate line tubing and does not fall off ever ,good and snug.maybe you have a bad hose or bad connection from the mask .

My on/off button has a blinking light what is the problem it never did that until recently please help thank you

I use this mask and love it, but the short hose just tore, do you know if they sell a replacement for just the short hose? I've searched cpap websites and haven't found one.

Am I supposed fill the water chamber with distilled water during operation? Or do I keep it empty?

Two peeves with Respironics. First is the separate power brick. Why can’t you produce a Dreamstation with integrated power supply? Second is the integrated humidifier: Sometimes, one wants to leave the humidifier behind when traveling. The Dreamstation 2 is not what I’d want when traveling. ALSO: Why does Respironics not produce a travel version of ASV Dreamstation?

I have this and have a question. How do I detach the heater attachment from the hose so I can wash the hose? It's not waterproof is in? The tech told me I can pull it off the hose but I see no demarcation that indicates it can been separated from the hose. I feel like I'm going to break it in the process. Help! Thanks!

My tank is getting mold in it inside the lid. Does the plastic insert in the inside of the lid come out? Can't get in the small area's in lid to clean it out.

I just got one for my wife. I am having problem setting the device, so that when my wife is using the device at night, it displays the clock. It displays the clock for about 5 - 10 seconds, and then goes black. I've messed with the screensaver menus with no luck. Anyone know how to do this?

If i turn off the humidity (like when i am on an airplane), do i still keep the water container attached even if it isn't using the water? It seems like the air is still blowing on the side of the unit even if i turn off the humidity. please advise

You're right I did back from the VA. I first tried the large cushion, but the small medium cushion fits better. Next time I reorder mask with a small cushion only I don't need all all those other cushions

Worst cpap I have ever used in 15 years. What a piece of cpap.

I just got mine and love it. I haven't had success with other masks that fit under the nose, but this is great! 🍺🍺
