I'll add these numbers to the first runs and replot the chart... trying to figure a good way to get it to you...

There could be a lot of things In factor while you have different times on the track. Most of the time since you see the temperature, I noticed that on my track a lot of times it depends on the temperature. Or maybe it could be, just the way the cars roll from time to time.

IMHO, you are looking at your data incorrectly... Run 1 in lane 1 vs. run 1 in lane 2 have no correlation at all... and should not be compared. It is incorrect to compare those results with each other. They happened at a different time. All lane one, then all lane 2. What you should do is take your lane 1 data and lane 2 data and enter it in a spreadsheet to determine the statisical varience of the runs. If I was troubleshooting this issue, I would do two things... 1. Swap the timer for the two lanes and run your test again... if the speed difference follows the swap, then you have a timer system error either mechanical or electronic. If not then return them to the original position. 2. Swap the tracks. Switch lane 1 with lane 2 and repeat the test to see if the speed difference moves with the lane. If it does you have a track difference, if not you have a setup issue with how your track is mounted or the base it is mounted on. If I get a minute, I will punch the numbers into excel and see what it looks like...

Your lanes will fluctuate....in this particular test...lane 2 is your fast lane....just like in real racing...weather conditions and temperatures will laways be a factor
