How do you invoice your clients? Do you go through Airbnb, do you have access to the total revenue and just invoice after you see the profits?

What fantastic information! I already co-host one property, but I'm eager to expand my portfolio because I genuinely love everything related to Airbnb. At the moment, I run a short-term rental cleaning business and am considering adding a co-hosting service for property owners. However, I want to ensure I'm fully prepared, as managing and scaling vacation cleaning can be quite time-consuming, haha!

Hi girlie, I came across your video as I was researching for how to become a cohost with airbnb. I’ve always wanted to become a realtor so that I can flip houses but I never got around to it. I decided to finish a career as an optometrist which I still have 1 more year left until I graduate. As you know being a graduate student for a doctorate degree is not easy and EXTREMELY TIME CONSUMING more than anything. Basically I just really wanted to say thank you for all of the information you gave and the resources you have provided to us. This sounds like a great opportunity and I absolutely love the fact that it’s new journey to you as well. THANKS AGAIN! <3

Do you have to go to the unit ?
Typically, yes. I suppose you can do this remotely, but you'll need someone on the ground to make sure the cleaning is getting done properly, the unit is stocked and if there is a maintenance issue or you need to check the unit before someone new comes in. I would recommend you do this in your own state/city unless you get your process solidified.
