It amazes me that Ark is able to handle these kaiju-scale creatures fighting each other.

I just want maps that don't crash my game. Especially on Xbox Series X. It also could be the amount of mods I have installed too...

I like the direction you're going in with this series. Can't wait for more.

A nice experiment and I hope this goes well, seeing a map with it's own creatures gets my approval. Nice for the collector within us all on some level, plus I wonder what range of creatures the new varient covers. I bet the ocean ones are pretty.

13:30 The Oviraptor chose violence because it had a baby. So creatures that run away from you when you get too close actually has the same temperment as a Theri. Meaning they are neutral until you get too close. Of course, Theris react aggressively by default, but other creatures that share this mechanic are of course Oviraptors, Tapejara, Equus, Mesopithicus, etc. However those creatures will instead do passive flee when triggered. Unless they have a baby. If a creature has a baby, no matter how it normally reacts when aggroed, will always attack whatever it is that aggroed it. This means that the normally territorial passive flee creatures will instead be territorial aggressive.

Ok as a TH-camr perspective, you should most definitely put the ep1 towards the end of the title. When you go through other videos you can put something crazy that happened in the beginning, or a catching title if you will and then like what you're doing. It helps bring in audience out of your normal viewership. Yes I don't have a lot of subs but it is the way. (TH-cam is hard)

These mods are super cool looking, tho a bit buggy. I'll def be trying the big cats mod once a few patches come in for sure!

The glitch with the dilo getting huge happened a couple days ago to my pyromane being grabbed by a megalosaurus, so it’s not the mod that’s broken

Getting a baby Antrodemus is the only way to tame them since the normal taming method just doesn't ever work properly, especially on Aberration

At least in a shiny-only Pokemon game you'd be able to progress through the game as soon as you get one shiny. This seems like it'll be a tough playthrough.

I wish the Tigris could pounce and grapple, but that’s not very fun to be on the receiving end of as a practical mechanic, and as is these two big cats have very distinct roles, and I adore them. 1.) that felis is precious, and as soon as my friend fixes his memory issues I will be adding this mod just for that. I don’t care that feral cats are like a nuclear bomb to foreign ecosystems, it’s too precious. 2.) ligers are fucked up. They are literally mentally retarded and have so many health problems that they can barely recognize danger and would never be able to move and fight like this. I consider enabling the existence of a liger to be an act of animal cruelty. But none of that real life stuff is fun, and this modded version is a happy mix of reality and fantasy. 3.) I have spent half of my life working with big cats, reptiles, and wild ecosystems. Cats beat raptors any day of the week. This isn’t me being a fan boy (although these are absolutely my favorite animals), this is simple fact. Utahraptor is the only chance that entire order of dinosaurs has.

4:08 I can tell you Atlas is 100x worse than Ark. Be fair they should make it playable before they even attempt to remaster it

there was places were lions and tigers overlapped causing natural ligers, some were found in this way
