I am korean, live in Seoul. Seoul is so brilliant city and Seoul have a lot of cars and people. So if you drive in seoul during rush hour, you will experience terrible traffic jam like hellgate.....
Santander is a very nice place. I know that city quite well. I have been there many times by Google Maps.
