I’ve been singing ever since I was a few months old, I’ve enjoyed my singing lessons that I’m in, and I’ve improved my vocal skills. Though, I never thought I would ever see the day someone that looked just like my father, sings just like my father & loved guitars just as much as my father. Mark Bright bought my home on Center Hill Lake in June of 2005. He was married to wife #1 but now has a different wife. The address was then 1845 Backbone Rd. but has now changed to Clearview Dr. I’m not looking to harm anyone, I just would like to see the changes he has made to the home that my husband and I designed, built and loved. My husband died in 2002 in that house and I now live in Texas. I would just like to know what they have done. I know I would have made changes because it was built in 1997. I hope they have kept the small cabinet in the powder room because my husband made that by hand- the herringbone top and all. The mirrors in the back bedroom where the builders made the horrible mistake of putting the fuse box, I found in an antique shop that worked so well to cover it. They were expensive matching antique mirrors but I had to leave them to cover the builder’s mistake. The builder was Robin Driver. As far as I know he is still the owner of Center Hill Realty in Smithville. He was a bad actor then and we were in the process of suing him and his partner, Mr. Thomas-don’t remember his name but I imagine he is no longer with us-when my husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer. The home was well worth $500,000 in 2005 but sold it for $450,000 to Mr. Bright. I see that it is worth a good bit more now, of course. Next Tuesday, the 10th of October, my husband died 21 years ago. I have moved 5 times now and still haven’t found any place that we loved more than that home we started from dirt to what it is today. He is now buried in the national cemetery here in San Antonio, Tx. Ft Sam Houston. If I came to Tennessee, would you consider letting me come by , at your convenience, to see how the house looks today? We not only put our $$ in that house but so much time and thought and mainly Love ❤️. I guess you have been happy there since you have been there since 2005. Truin God thn I looked to see what else he had and I'm impressed I think this is on of the most pure country songs since Tracy Lawrence debut album stick and stones he has a country voice and this song is one of the best songs I've heard it's pure country ,and any guy that has even. Raised in the country and of simple means can relate to it I can close my eyes put this on and be seventeen again such an awesome song and the singing and playing is spot on this in a word is just country at its best
