I begun High Performance Cricket after spending a year as a strength & conditioning intern at a professional cricket team which included players like Glenn Maxwell, Aaron Finch, Jake Fraser - McGurk, , Todd Murphy , Scott Boland and many other star players. From that day I wanted to bring world class training just like the best players in the world get , to anyone. My in person coaching is based in Melbourne, however I work with many international players from my online coaching where I help players become the fastest, strongest, most powerful, injury free, confident and fearless that they have ever been.

it’s not 1996 you can be metabolically flexible. throw in a morning fastest steady state zone 2 session once a week & let your body know it’s ok to use fat for fuel every now & again.

Hi, Thanks for the video!!! I downloaded your off season running program and i am following it. I had a doubt in the session. For each week you have session 1 , session 2 and conditioning which increments every two weeks. Should we do session 1 and session 2 on the same day or split them across the week? Like Session 1 on monday, Session 2 on Wednesday and Conditioning on Friday ?

Hey, my biggest challenges aren’t my technical skills but my mindset I always have the fear of failure of getting out cheaply or bowling bad spells. I recognised this problem over the off season but have got no idea on how to get rid of it Would you have any suggestions or advice?

What club did you play for in Darwin?
I can’t relate more over the last 4 years I have been going to training all the time so early and I just thought if I put in effort to be there everyday I would get the results I craved this never happened no matter how hard I tried. I used to get so angry and emotional about how I wasted my time, that cricket was pointless. I got so fed up of cricket I would overplay small injuries just to get out of it but luckily and I don’t know if I am quite out of the woods yet but my results have gone up drastically just because my outlook has changed I go in to training with a plan I analyse, I have stopped beating myself up over stuff out of my control and now I am playing better than I ever have.
