On Mars is an awesome game indeed. I play it solo as well and, like you, I forget the missions tracks regularly... If ever you have some Alexander Pfister games like Maracaibo or Great Western Trail, I will watch your videos for sure :) Greeatings from France !

Thanks. Needed to see it played through. I thought the instructions could have used a few more examples of play situations. I’m playing the revised version which changes the solo rules a bit. Wondering how you knew they had purple? In revised, the AI could be one of two colors but you can flip it over after the 4th round.

I really enjoyed your video, it was excellent! I'm a bit of a space geek, so not surprisingly I've got quite a few "serious" games based around space exploration in my little collection. The snag is, quite a few of the guys I play games with, are not interested in the theme, not in the least! They will play some of the space games I have, but you can tell, they're doing it just to keep my happy, and if given the choice, they would rather be having teeth pulled at the dentist! But this game's different! It's light hearted enough to keep them entertained, and the few space nerds in my group also like it as fun and light hearted and can't be taken too seriously. Another space game I highly recommend for everyone, is MLEM: Space Agency. If you don't already have it, and get the chance to purchase it, I highly recommend it.

I think you made an illegal move at around 9 minutes. You chose the gain tech tile action which allowed you to then grab a resource but you then went and grabbed another tech tile afterwards 😊

Wow, yesterday I stopped at a game store at lunchtime on a long drive home and took a good long look at this game on their shelf because I'd never heard of it. It must have been within a few minutes of this video being posted.

Thank you for sharing your top ten list from 2023 and introducing me to Pie Town and The Quacks of Quedlinburg. I will definitely be giving them a playthrough. If you have not yet played Honey Buzz by Elf Creek Games, I highly recommend it as it is both enjoyable and features stunning artwork.

If I might give some suggestions for future videos, maybe add a very soft background music, and maybe try to cut out some of the more silent parts, and add chapters in the video of when the different listings show up. Otherwise great video! I see a lot of potential!
