It's a nice suburb/town, but it's a long way from the CBD. And yes, it's $1m to live there.
I enjoyed the little tour but am wondering how you are going to link the next video. Perhaps if it had been titled something like "A quick tour of a Melbourne suburb. Hurstbridge." Then the next could be "A quick tour of a Melbourne suburb. Geelong" That's if the tours are going to be your theme. If it is house prices then it would be different. "Out of control house prices in Melbourne suburbs. Hurstbridge" Hope this is helpful and good luck.
