Two yrs ago lost the talented irene Cara who wrote and performed the song for the movie Flashdance with the young Jennifer Beals as the young welder and dancer Alexandria.

Another fabulous theme song by composer Mike Post. Loved the show, and was one of the best theme songs from the 80s!

Watched this series in my teens & was in love with this theme music & would hum it perfectly. That day I was telling this to my 12yr daughter, & tried to hum it in front of her. she was shocked n said i still was good on humming it. Thanks internet n TH-cam we can refresh our childhood memories. The other one was from film series Return to treasure island. Nostalgia 😢

I've always loved the shortened show theme. The middle eight on this full version is ghastly.
