Hey there plant nursery worker here. Looks like a philodendron monstera deliciosa, or split leaf philodendron, and it loves partial indirect light or partial direct light if grown in more sunny areas. If you notice the leaves going yellow or the plant looking worse, could be a few things. Monsteras love nitrogen so could be that I would recommend a good compost or fertilizer to help keep the plant fed. It loves a airy light soil and water when the soil is slightly damp make sure there’s drainage holes! I would recommend a 1-2-3 mix of perlite, coco coir, and peat moss though you can substitute the coco coir for coarse sand which would be 1-1-3 ratio of perlite, coarse sand, and peat moss. I would only secure the base of the leaves to the moss pole instead of the stem of the leaf as monstera likes to stretch a little bit. It doesn’t look too big for that size pot at this point but if you want to up-pot it I would say no bigger than a couple inches larger than the current pot. In terms of propagation, I would look up a guide online as it’s a not difficult but slightly complicated process. I looked up monsters prolongation best practices and found a good resource from the University of Minnesota Extension. Hope that helps!
