Wow 😊❤
Lots of sandbars at Bribie ❤ where are you now? Still living on your boat ❤
Oh i wonder if you passed us? Our mooring is on the other side of the bridge, but we arent at bribie atm
Love this vid 😊❤
Awesome video, Neil. It really looks like a great place. So, how does this rate against Lady Musgrave in your list of favourites? What do you shoot on and how do you deal with the wind roar in the mic?
@@Dawnraider I still rate LMI as my fave I think. I'm just using an iPhone13 Pro for above water, and a GoPro Hero 11 for the underwater stuff. As for wind roar ... what wind? 😜 I don't use any "muffs" to block wind. Sometimes if its too bad it might get edited out. Good luck with the new boat!
@@Narikisailingaustralia1243 thank you. Quietly excited. It should make places like Lake Macquarie easier too. Unfortunately, my Hero 11 is at the bottom of the channel in 1770. Lovely place, but it took a lot from me. ;-)
Thanks Neil, you make this stuff look easy. Btw, what was the anchorage depth at Bugatti? Sand below? Heading up next Aug/ sept first time, looks amazing. challenge for a first timer?
@@davidlittle1480 from memory it was just 8-10m. Super easy anchorage ... plenty of room, lots of clear bottom, only a few bommies to watch. If you need my waypoints let me know (I'm off boat on Monday) Cheers for watching. Happy to "guide" you along the way on the way up next year with any advice you need. Where are you based?
@@Narikisailingaustralia1243that is good to know 😊❤
How’s the serenity, nice one lads.

Thanks Neil and Geoff great stuff.
Looks like a great trip with the gang. Missing that.
Lovely group of islands! Left them today on Miss Behavin. Pity we missed you.
@@johnmorton1050 yep great spot if you get the right weather. Can get a little rolly ... first time we went there I was nearly getting thrown out of bed! Safe travels home
great to get an in-depth view of the Percys, i have been there a few time but jst overnighters. Good to get to the lagoon. A mate of mine was looking after the island for a while and he had his yacht in the lagoon tied to the wooden wharf. A 38' timber deep keeler!
Well precious is away pumpkin is going to play , nah just kidding it's great to c other yachies enjoying life and sun downers of course , lov u vids cheers now.
@@barneyscott8634 I would have liked Precious there ... would've capped off a great trip. Next year?

Well, that certainly is a glassy day. Love the whale song while you were snorkelling.
@@Dawnraider often don't hear them underwater though at the time 🤷♂️
@@Narikisailingaustralia1243 funny that isn’t it? I had them through my hull when I was lying in the bunk at night. Couldn’t get any recording device to pick it up though.

Great to see you back. Hope your mum is doing ok and your health is sorted. Can't wait to see more of your adventures. Think our boat gets just as dirty in a week if we are not on.
@@karengarner7034 hey Karen good to hear from you. We sold The Doghouse back in March so no longer in the 365 club. Hoping for a couple more trips Oct/Nov
We have done a fair bit of work to ours. Nothing we didn't expect when we purchased it. We are technically still treading water in Port Phillip Bay. We care for Gregs mum and she is kicking along well at 98 1/2. But, I doubt she is up for cruising life 😅 our cruising days will come.😢 Till then we are packing in as much sailing experience and courses as possible and living our cruising days through the likes of yourself and Sam. Happy sailing
Nice to see you back. The boat didn't look dirty enough to need a whole carton of cleaning fluid lol, and you forgot the beer. You never bought your wife at least an Oroton purse, shame on you lol, or perhaps it was a 70s thing. Stay well.
@@johnmclachlan1023 haha she doesn't need me buying her any more handbags! Cheers for the comment!

Fantastic, nice spot was there last winter. The reef looks great
Peel can be a bit full at times. Northerly, weekend not much wind, holiday stay away. Pulled in on Sunday, squeezed into a space close in, ignoring the "you're too close folks". What I thought was a tight space, fitted two more stink boats soon after. We decided to head off after eating and wouldn't you know it, the anchorage cleared out before we hauled the anchor. Sunday night exodus.
Yeah Phil I think we were there first day of school holidays! Thanks for watching. 👍
Another fantastic video What is this Nudibranch also known as sea slugs, maybe resting? David (Fantasea) 40ft Hyatt Sundeck MY
Thanks for watching and glad you enjoyed the video. When does it appear in the video David? If you're looking around the 18:16 time, that's a Baler Snail (I think) followed by a nudibranch (not sure what variety) 👍
@@Narikisailingaustralia1243 -- 33.56
Thank you for a very nice video all that you got wrong what is that bird, it’s a slim bikini!!! David (Fantasea) 😉

Cheers for that guys! Quite a few people have said the same so thanks for letting me know... comments like yours help make the time spent making these videos all the more worthwhile. See ya round!

Point taken. I'll keep my reply short then ... thanks for watching.
LOL, nice to see a couple from Gosford doing the boatlife, I grew up down there, around Kincumber and Davistown
