Buying flat from Siddha itself is a huge pain. While buying flat their marketing team will reach your home. But during delivery, they will take years to deliver the flat. Customer care is pathetic. They will make all kind of excuses and will not deliver flat. Buy flat at your own risk

As per current situation, Sq. Ft. rate is very high...and this area is not at all developed.....may be after another 7-8 years time, it will be developed....for anything and everything, you have to go to Sodepur.....but flat designs are better than Godrej Prakriti...
